Jeff Dorow

Jeff Dorow, one of the founders of Lifetime Benefits Group, has over 12 years experience in the insurance industry.  He received his BA from the University of Rhode Island in 1990.  Prior to starting Lifetime Benefits Group, Jeff worked as an Account Executive for Matthew Thornton Health Plan, responsible for new business sales in NH.  He also worked for US Healthcare (new business sales in MA and NH) and Lutheran Brotherhood (individual life and disability insurance sales).

Jeff has served on the Broker Advisory Boards of Anthem BCBS, CIGNA HealthCare and Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare.  He also served on the Goffstown Parks and Recreation Commission, Goffstown Junior Baseball Boards and Tri-Town Soccer Board.  He is married and has four children.

 

Mike O’Malley

Mike O’Malley, co-founder of Lifetime Benefits Group, has worked in the employee benefits industry for over 12 years.  Mike has worked for various health insurance carriers including Fallon Health Care, Matthew Thornton Health Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire.  As the Broker Relations Manager at Matthew Thornton Health Plan, Mike worked with key brokerage firms to ensure the partnership between the HMO and the broker community remained strong.  His experience working with the highly successful firms served as a foundation and a modeling tool for his own success as a broker.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

 

Patrick MacLeod

Patrick has been a sales executive for Lifetime Benefits Group (LBG) for over two years.  He brings to LBG a wealth of knowledge, which he has accumulated over his 16 years working in the health care industry.

Prior to working for LBG, Patrick worked for Matthew Thornton Health Plan and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire.  His various responsibilites included working as a customer service representive, account manager, and new busines sales.

Patrick is married with two children.  He enjoys coaching little league, golfing, and skiing in his spare time.
